Brianna

Originally from California, Brianna's hospitality career includes experience at The Kitchen, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Sacramento, as well as leadership roles with Hearth and Hill in Park City and Salt Lake City. These experiences have shaped her approach to restaurant operations, team development, and the importance of making every guest feel valued.

Brianna is particularly drawn to wine's ability to capture a sense of place and bring people together. She believes wine should inspire curiosity and conversation rather than feel intimidating, a philosophy that fits naturally with Tannin Bar's commitment to making wine approachable and enjoyable for everyone.

As General Manager, Brianna oversees the daily operations of Tannin Bar, working closely with the culinary and beverage teams to create a consistent, welcoming experience. Her goal is to build a neighborhood gathering place where guests feel comfortable exploring something new and where hospitality always comes first.

Outside the restaurant, Brianna enjoys exploring Utah's hiking trails with her dog, Spookie, and returning to her California roots whenever she needs a little ocean air.
