Hadi

For Hadi, great food begins with a passion for cooking, a respect for tradition, while simultaneously bringing a desire to create memorable and new dining experience to people. With years of experience in the kitchen, including recent roles at Matteo’s and Copper Common in Salt Lake City, Hadi brings a different approach to his craft and a strong foundation rooted in his early beginnings cooking in his family’s Mediterranean/Middle Eastern kitchen. As Head Chef of Tannin Bar, he aspires to lead the kitchen in bringing creativity, care, and character to every dish.

When not working, he enjoys cruising the mountains in his car.
