Jen

Originally from Chicago, Jen brings operational experience, entrepreneurship, and a personal approach to hospitality to Tannin Bar. During her 18 years at PwC, she led HR and shared services operations, guided teams through complex change, and managed a global team of more than 150 people. She later founded and operated a private charter business in St. Thomas.

At Tannin Bar, Jen oversees administrative operations, including HR, and plans events that bring people together. Her Park City experience at We Norwegians and The Collective keeps her connected to the community and the thoughtful service that makes guests feel welcome. With WSET Level 1 wine education and studying for level 2, Jen believes wine is best when it sparks curiosity, connection and conversation.
